    Unsmoked Italian bacon prepared with pig’s jowl or cheeks.

    This goes on my cheeseburger tonight.

  4. Linguini with local asparagus, fresh morels, shrimp (from who knows where), tomatoes, garlic and onions.

  5. Dinner ingredients. Morels, chive blossoms, garlic.

  8. Pork belly on the smoker at home. I have a real weakness for this stuff.
